By registering for a workshop, you agree to the following:

Registration & Payment

Your registration confirms your place in the workshop. Payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.

• 7 or more days before the workshop: You may transfer your registration fee to a future Lighthouse Team Consulting workshop or transfer your registration to another person with advance notice. 

• If Lighthouse Team Consulting needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date.

About the Workshop

This session is a guided opportunity to explore your Working Genius profile and how you work best. We provide actionable strategies, tools, and facilitation, and it is designed for learning and reflection, not diagnosis or professional advice.

Confidentiality & Respect

Workshops may include personal reflections, experiences, or information about teams and workplaces. Please respect the privacy of others and do not share another participant's personal comments or information outside the workshop.

Materials and Intellectual Property

The workshop includes the Working Genius assessment and each participant is responsible for completing the assessment before the workshop, unless otherwise arranged. The Working Genius assessment and materials are provided by The Table Group. Lighthouse Team Consulting is an independent certified facilitator and is not the owner or creator of the Working Genius model. The slides, engagement activities, and workshop design are the intellectual property of Lighthouse Team Consulting. 

Photos

Occasionally, photos may be taken during a workshop for Lighthouse Team Consulting's promotional or social media use. We will ask for permission before using identifiable photos of participants.
