You will leave with practical strategies for getting the right people involved in the right work, reducing frustration, and making better use of the talent you already have.

The Genius of Wonder (W) The natural gift of pondering the possibility of greater potential and opportunity in a given situation. People with this genius are constantly curious and on the lookout for what could be improved.
The Genius of Invention (I) The natural gift of creating original and novel ideas and solutions. People who have it love to generate new ideas and solutions to problems and are comfortable coming up with something out of nothing.

What makes Working Genius different from other frameworks?
Working Genius focuses on how you get work done, not personality. It maps the six stages of work and shows which ones energize you, which ones you can do, and which ones drain you. It’s practical, fast, and built for real projects and teamwork.
What’s included in the workshop?
You’ll get your Working Genius assessment, a clear walk‑through of your results, and simple tools you can start using the same day — in your leadership, your team conversations, and your workflow. You’ll also receive a participation certificate for your records.
How does this fit with other assessments I’ve taken?
It complements them. Personality tools explain who you are; Working Genius explains how you work.
How long does the assessment take and how will I get the results
The assessment takes 10–15 minutes, and your results appear immediately when you finish. You can also access your full report anytime using the email you used for the assessment. Ulises Rodriguez will also email you your results before the workshop.
